GETTING STARTED
Getting started with Tenzinga is simple. These quick videos will walk you through how to access your account, navigate the system, and view your performance data any time day or night.
MANAGING PERFORMANCE
Tenzinga offers two types of Performance Reports to manage employee performance. Annual reports are accessible to leaders 30 days before the annual review date and will be a compilation of all performance logs for those 12 months. Custom reports are often used for probationary employees and trainees. They are available year-round and have a customizable date range.
MANAGEMENT TOOLS
Tenzinga offers leaders several tools to enhance the employee experience and create an environment of growth, learning, and potential. The Development Plan and Goals allows leaders and their staff the opportunity to collaborate on future growth. The Leadership Forms focus on current behaviors and how they might be improved, modified or enhanced.
Development Plan - After an annual report is completed, leaders may choose to work with employees to create a plan around future growth and development. This provides a framework based on Competencies as well as the position desired and can assist with succession planning.
Goals - There are three types of goals: Individual, Team and Organization. The first two can be set by any leader for their direct and indirect reports. The Organizational goals are set by the Head of Staff.
Leadership Forms - Additional tools designed to assist with creating conversation between leaders and their staff.
Counseling - Facilitates conversations surrounding an immediate performance improvement related to a specific task.
Mentoring & Coaching - Both open a dialogue about a specific task an employee needs to improve on for performance improvement or development and leverage concepts outlined in the Tenzinga Leadership Development course.
Team Member Diagnosis - Creates a conversation with an employee focused on levels of competency, commitment and performance for a specific task.
Team Assessment Forms - Provides a template for leaders to assess an entire team through their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING RESOURCES
Our Client Services Department offers two complimentary interactive remote learning courses. These live sessions are tailored to each client's specific needs and include plenty of time for Q&A. After each course a training presentation with real-life scenarios can be sent for future reference and practice. Sessions can be recorded upon your request for future internal use. Tenzinga 101: An Introduction to Tenzinga
This online training guides leaders through how to access, enter and view performance logs as well as how to create Performance Reports.
Recommended within the first 1-3 months of your Go Live Date.
Tenzinga MTT: Management Tools Training
This web-based course is takes participants through the Management Tools listed above as well as a review of the Performance Reports and Development Plans.
Recommended within the first 3-6 months of your Go Live Date.
TENZINGA ONSITE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Our Consulting Department offers several Professional Services including instructor-led onsite training courses, strategic planning, keynote addresses. These sessions are lead by experts in the field and are created with each client's specific needs in mind.
